The ASTC Annual Conference is one of the premier annual events for science-engagement professionals and leaders in science and technology centers and museums as well as allied organizations across North America and around the world. Each year, this event brings together more than 1,700 science and technology center and museum and allied professionals committed to engaging the public with science—including those working in science communication, STEM learning, and the broader intersections between science, technology, and society.

 

About our Attendees

ASTC Annual Conference attendees represent more than 600 different science engagement organizations from over 30 countries, a majority of who cite involvement in their organization’s decision process.

Exhibit Schedule

The exhibit hall will be open to conference participants on Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7, including several blocks with dedicated exhibit hall time and live sessions on the Exhibit Hall Stage. In addition, Poster Palooza and several food and beverage events will be located in the exhibit hall, providing additional reasons for individuals to spend significant time in the hall. 

Booth Prices

Rates for exhibit booths depend upon the size and location within the Exhibit Hall and the date of purchase. ASTC members in good standing will receive discounted rates for all booths.

All rates are per 100 sq ft. Larger booths are available, as the floor plan allows, and will be assessed at multiples of the applicable category.

The floor plan is subject to change based upon the available space, fire marshal review, and other considerations.

Each exhibit booth will include: 

  • Company listing and 25-word description in the conference app or online program, if contract and payment received by August 1, 2025. 
  • Two complimentary full conference registrations for every 100 sq ft exhibit booth you purchase. 
  • Standard 10’x10’ exhibit space, including 8’-high backwall, pipe and drape, 3’-high side-rail pipe and drape.

Beware of Potential Scams

It has come to our attention that scammers are targeting our meeting attendees and exhibitors, attempting to sell attendee lists and solicit bookings at unauthorized hotels. ASTC does not rent or sell email lists to third parties. Unfortunately, emails offering to sell attendee lists from our annual conference are often sent by scammers impersonating ASTC. If you receive emails that propose to sell the ASTC conference attendee lists, do not engage with the sender and delete the email.

We have also learned that some exhibitors are receiving phone calls regarding their booth registration. ASTC will traditionally reach out first by email; if you do receive a phone call claiming to be from ASTC, please do not provide any details without first reaching out to us directly (by email to exhibits@astc.org or by phone to 202-783-7200).
